We all need to eat. We all need to be healthy. I work on finding that right balance between eating very healthy while being able to eat things that taste fantastic. I will compile a list of recipes, ideas, choices and substitutions and share them with you. Enjoy

Dipping Blue Berries in Yogurt, freezing them over night for a healthy snack the next day. You could do this virtually with any type of fruit!
