Ingredients
· 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
· 1/3 cup chopped onion
· 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
· 1/3 cup minced cilantro
· ¼ cup of mashed avocado
· 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
· salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna, onion, tomatoes and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
